Kristin's Official Bio

Kristin Scroggin has spent 20 years researching WHY Boomers complain Millennials are entitled, Millennials complain Boomers hoard knowledge, and GenX just wants everyone to leave them alone—and why none of it is fixing anything.

Former university professor turned keynote speaker for hundreds of organizations in 48 states and 3 countries, Kristin delivers research-backed content, without the academic boredom. She's known for her straight-talk style, wicked twist of humor, and her ability to make you laugh until you cry while completely rethinking how you lead.

This isn't your typical "here are some generational stereotypes" presentation. Kristin explains the WHY behind the behavior using childhood context, historical events, and frameworks you've never heard before—like why some employees are unrefined diamonds, not a reason for utter despair.

Obsessed with travel, and desperate to see the world, she and her husband of 25 years try to enjoy life while keeping four children alive who never stop eating.
